Vaginoplasty tightens and repairs muscles around the vagina that are loose or deformed, strengthening the vaginal walls and improving elasticity and control.

How does the vagina look after vaginoplasty?

Mild discharge and urine leakage are normal for a few weeks; urine may spray while swelling around the urethra subsides.

How long is recovery after vaginoplasty?

Post-op care often means 6–8 weeks of pelvic rest: avoid sexual activity, heavy strain, and very tight clothing, plus other specific instructions.
